Four visits per day is highly recomended for senior dogs to minimize stress.

Four visits per day is required for puppies (under 1 year old) and dogs being crated between visits.

Kittens should be at least four months old for drop in visits.

50% of the price of the cancelled visit(s) may be charged if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled time of service.

Dog walks will be shortened or converted to drop in visits if the temperature is above 90F, below 32F, lightning, or icy roads exist.

For everyone's security, please don’t leave keys under the doormat. Acceptable alternatives include providing me with a copy of your key, using a lockbox, or installing a keyless entry pad.
