Four visits per day is highly recomended for senior dogs to minimize stress.

Four visits per day is required for puppies (under 1 year old) and dogs being crated between visits.

Kittens should be at least four months old for drop in visits.

50% of the price of the cancelled visit(s) may be charged if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled time of service.

Dog walks will be converted to drop in visits (same amount of time and price) if the temperature is above 90F or below 32F, lightning, or icy roads exist.
